2. Auditing

Blackcomb Inspections has a long history of providing high quality auditing services. Our ISO certified Lead Auditor is known for bringing a wide range of experience to our clients. We regularly audit the quality programs of various contractors on behalf of our clients. We ensure these programs meet our clients’ standards for compliance and effectiveness. We have also developed auditing programs and templates so that owners may conduct audits with the confidence that they are receiving outstanding results.

3. NON-DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION (NDE)

Blackcomb Inspections utilizes highly qualified CGSB certified NDE technicians. Our personnel are fully capable of performing NDE inspections, either independently or accompanying our API 510 inspectors and API 570 inspectors as part of a complete team. With access to the latest in NDE technology, along with expertise and experience, we ensure your integrity needs are met.

4. Level III Services

AUDITING, DOCUMENTATION, AND TRAINING SERVICES

Keeping up with regulatory requirements can become overwhelming at times. That’s why Blackcomb Inspections also provides Corporate Level III services.

We can assist in auditing, documentation, training, consultation, and drafting of procedures.

We can document customer-specific inspection procedures, develop in-house training documents or create qualification and certification of personnel programs.

We can also develop customer-specific training and examinations for UT, MPI and LPI level II certification.

5. WELDING EXAMINATION AND TESTING

At Blackcomb Inspections, our welder and welding operator performance qualification and testing program allows welders in both Alberta and British Columbia to qualify in accordance with specific welding procedures and maintain their pressure welding certification.

Welding Examiners are fully qualified and hold a CWB level 2 Welding Inspector.

Weld testing and B Pressure re-certification either locally at your shop or in any field location you choose within BC.
